We also make sure that discounts belonging to the shipowner are actually received by the shipowner. In the absence of an OPA, overcharging is common and quality gets sacrificed.

We will do our best to lower the operator's port costs by negotiating the dockage & labor overtime fee with the elevator and assist the master to create the most economical & efficient stow plan.
